Tickets will be sold at the event, unless tickets sell out prior to the event
Day-of-show General Admission tickets will be $90. There is no service fee if you purchase tickets at the festival box office
Gates will be open daily at 2:00 pm, Showtime is 4:00 pm
All items are subject to search prior to admission to the event. Items not allowed into the festival area must be returned to your vehicle or disposed of prior to admission.
Absolutely No – tents, pets, coolers, glassware, tables, wagons or other large accessory items are allowed. Further, Festival staff reserve the right to modify this policy to include any item that may impede the safety and enjoyment of others attending the festival.

If your credit card was declined when attempting to place an order, it may appear on your bank statement as a pending transaction. So, banks and credit card companies place a hold on a pending transaction for a certain period (usually 3 to 5 business days) and then release the funds back into your account. Yes, there will be golf carts to shuttle people in need of assistance throughout the day from the parking area’s to the entrance points.

To provide a safer environment for all guests, there will be entry points at the 2022 Orlando Music Festival. Entry points will be staffed with security team members that will facilitate a brief bag inspection. Guests without any bags at all may proceed through the entry point without stopping for expedited entry into the festival. There are no bag dimension limitations for entry, however, please note larger bags take longer to search and will cause delays so we ask that guests
only bring what is necessary for their needs at the festival.
The following items are prohibited: Coolers, Tents, Grills, Alcohol, outside drinks, Picnic and Catering Meals, Weapons (Knives, Guns, Explosives or any items that can be construed as a weapon other than permitted pursuant to Fla. Stat. §790.06), Illegal Substances of any kind, Roller Skates, Skateboards, Bicycles, Scooters, Projectiles including Balls and Frisbees, Noise Making Devices, Signs/Flags larger than 2’x3′, Drones or other Flying Objects, any other item deemed
unacceptable by the Orlando Music Festival.
All guests and their belongings may be searched upon entry into the festival. By entering the event space, guests consent to such searches and waive any related claims that they may have against the Orlando Music Festival or its partners. If guests elect not to consent to the searches, they will be denied entry into the festival. There are no provisions to check items at the gates. Guests will be asked to either take prohibited items back to their vehicles, if they have not entered the event space, or dispose of prohibited items at the entry point. The Orlando Music Festival as well as its members, officials, officers, employees, and agents are not responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged. Possession of prohibited items onsite is grounds for ejection from the festival.
The festival will take place at the Central Florida Fairgrounds.

The festival is a rain or shine event. If there is inclement weather, as determined by the festival’s Emergency Operations Command, there is a chance that performances will be rescheduled or cancelled. The safety of all event attendees and performers will remain our number one priority.
Yes, the festival venue is ADA accessible. If you need specific accommodations, please email your request info@mfprods.org at least two weeks (10 business days) before the festival.
Platinum and General Admission parking lots will be open and will have handicap parking on a first come first serve basis.

Diamond table seats will have access to various foods within the Diamond dining area which will be offering a variety of cuisine! The food menu will change all three days, and there will be plenty of options for you to try all weekend long!
There will be options for vegetarians and vegans. If you have specific food accommodations, please email those to info@mfprods.org with your order number and dietary needs.
Yes, for General Admission and Platinum Seating Ticket holders:
*You are allowed to bring a lawn chair or rent a lawn chair at the festival.
Note: Only standard height bag chairs are allowed; therefore, no chairs with umbrella style roofs or any structure that would impede viewing from behind is acceptable. Acceptable chair size (unfolded): 34” x 32” x 20”
Platinum Seating:
*There will be unreserved seating in the Platinum Section area on a first come first serve basis.
Every chair and bag must have an accompanying attendee present.
Note: Both attendees must be present at the time of entry for allowable chair admission.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. We have plenty of vendors within the Orlando Music Festival that offer a wide variety of food options at reasonable prices. Water, soda, beer, wine, and liquor are also available for purchase.
There will be parking available at the Venue for $20 per car for general admission.
